New path to progress as our virtual lives begin to transform the landscape
The real and the virtual lives of most people seem to be converging even more and more online these days. Social networking websites used to be where people meet to discuss personal issues without any fear of the real life identities of the participants being known.
Social networking sites also fulfilled the need for individuals to showcase or test their skills and ideas in various disciplines and interests. Next came monetization options for blogs and websites, whether it was content based advertising, paid reviews, or just direct referrals.
Now, the social networking sites have been transformed into hubs for corporate recruitment, a place to get jobs. There are several of such examples, including the following:

It is not alone: the mobile communications firm T-Mobile has invited its new graduate intake to join a dedicated group on Facebook to “meet” each other......]
